Caisse d’Epargne (Hauts-de-France) wanted to digitize physical visual management by supporting 5 teams in the design of their new wallboards.
Widely used in lean manufacturing, visual management is now a tool which is generating interest in several sectors.
The CEPAC wanted to deploy in its back and middle office banking production teams digital wallboards for the activity management and monitoring (these teams having the particularity of being located on 3 continents: metropolitan France, Reunion and Antilles).
The more visual information, the more likely it is to be remembered. When information is presented orally, only 10% is retained by individuals after three days.
